By accessing and using AutomationTester.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AutomationTester.in provides free online tools for software engineers and QA professionals, an engineer directory, certifications, and premium subscription plans. Our tools are primarily client-side and do not store user data unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You may register using OAuth (GitHub, Google) or email and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscription plans (e.g., Pro Profile) are billed at the rates displayed on our Pricing page.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
• Prices are displayed in INR and USD. The applicable currency is determined based on your location.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 15-day full refund subject to our Fair Usage Policy. For complete details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• The AutomationTester.in platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of AutomationTester.in.
• Content you create on the platform (profiles, submissions) remains yours. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.
• AI-generated content (quiz questions, certifications) produced by our tools is provided for your personal/professional use. You may not resell AI-generated content as a standalone product.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Abuse AI-powered features to generate excessive content beyond reasonable use
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically download content from the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional credentials

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes in bad faith
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months (with prior notice)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on AutomationTester.in are provided on an "as is" basis. AutomationTester.in makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutomationTester.in or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
