Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered through AutomationTester.in.
1. Subscription Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day full refund from the date of purchase for all subscription plans, subject to our Fair Usage Policy outlined below.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 15 calendar days of the original payment date.
- Please include your registered email address and the Razorpay Payment ID (if available) in your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase, as per RBI guidelines.
2. Fair Usage Policy
Refund eligibility is subject to fair usage. A refund request may be declined if:
- The subscription has been used excessively for AI-powered features (e.g., generating a disproportionately high number of AI quiz questions, certifications, or other AI-intensive operations) within the refund period.
- We detect patterns consistent with service abuse, such as subscribing solely to consume AI resources and then requesting a refund.
We reserve the right to determine fair usage at our sole discretion. In case of a dispute, we will review usage data and communicate our decision transparently.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months beyond the 15-day refund window.
- After cancellation takes effect, your profile will be reverted to the Free tier.
4. Consulting & Custom Services
For custom consulting engagements (Automation Audits, Retainer/Advisory), refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement. Please contact us to discuss specific terms before engagement.

We aim to resolve all grievances within 7 business days of receipt.
6. Payment Processing
All payments on AutomationTester.in are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We do not store any card numbers, CVVs, or expiry dates on our servers. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
